- Create a Peer Mediation Council.
- Convene monthly, interactive, student-led sessions.
- Review and discuss the school’s or district’s Code of Conduct policies.
- Analyze the policies and create a chart of current consequences for violating each.
- Propose new, restorative, alternative consequences for policy violations.
- Work with teachers and administrators to gain approval to add restorative practices to the school’s disciplinary actions.
